WorkInWow Benefits and Compensation: $20.00 - $24.50 / hour Earn an additional $2.00/hour (premium pay) for hours worked in the home setting starting at 3 pm Increase for RBT certification, with opportunities to advance to lead roles and take on more responsibilities. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children, using evidence-based methods to teach life skills through play. This includes developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
