As a Behavior Technician, you will be working one-on-one with children who have autism spectrum disorder, providing individualized support and instruction to help them learn new skills and reach their goals. This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience or certifications, but we do offer paid training and certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) upon hire. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role.
