Mentor for Adults with Severe Intellectual Disability (EVB)

As a mentor for EVB, you will provide 24-hour care and guidance to people with a severe intellectual disability. You will work in a small-scale living group where residents can feel at home and where they can develop their skills and abilities. You will also work closely with the team to develop and implement personalized care plans and to ensure that the residents receive the support they need. You will be responsible for creating a safe and welcoming environment, and for building strong relationships with the residents.
