Are you a begeleider who supports clients with warmth and attention? On the location, you help people with Not Acquired Brain Injury (NAH/NAH) to make the most of their day and contribute to an environment where they feel safe, seen, and valued. You are the one who brings structure, support, and coziness into their life and really makes a difference.

What will you do?

As begeleider at our location, you offer a personal and trusted approach. Our location is focused on the guidance and behavior of the residents. You guide the residents in their daily activities and support them where needed, also in terms of ADL care in the morning and evening. 80% of the day is focused on guiding. You help residents to establish structure, motivate them for a meaningful daily schedule, and know how to set clear boundaries. Together with your colleagues, you create a safe and stable living environment where residents can develop.

You have

• You have a diploma of at least MBO level 3 or HBO in Healthcare and Welfare.
• You have affinity with the target group NAH/NAH
• You are communicatively strong, honest, and professional.
• You have a flexible attitude and find it no problem to work irregular shifts.
• Experience within the disability care sector is a plus.

What we offer

• Good remuneration according to the CAO Disability Care (GGZ) 3.468 - 4.729 per month based on full-time (22,23 - 30,32 gross per hour) including holiday pay, vacation days, and end-of-year allowance.
