Are you the guide who brings calm and stability in situations where clients need intensive care and guidance? In psychiatry, you provide care to clients in crisis, within an environment that offers them a safe and trusted place. You understand how important your role is in guiding clients during intense moments, and you are able to ensure structure and safety.
What will you do?
As Guide, you support clients during their psychiatric decompensation, which requires an admission. You provide them with an environment where calm and safety are central, and help them cope with their emotions and behavior. Together with a multidisciplinary team, you ensure that clients receive the care they need to stabilize. You observe, signal, and act quickly and adequately when situations escalate. It may be that you guide clients in daily activities, support them in building a daily routine, or help them gain insight into their recovery process.
What we offer?
- Salaris Conform CAO GGZ from 4494 to 5395 per month based on full-time and an hourly wage from 28.35 to 34.02 inclusive of vacation pay, vacation days, and end-of-year allowance. Salary dependent on your educational level and experience.
- We offer a temporary employment agreement based on a zero-hour contract, with the guarantee that you can work between 24 and 36 hours per week.

You have it
- A completed MBO-4 or HBO-education in the field of care or well-being.
- Good communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt.
- A calm and professional demeanor, even under pressure, which allows you to provide clients with the necessary calm and safety.
- Experience in psychiatry is a plus
