Begeleider EPA sought HBO/MBO

We are looking for an experienced begeleider or verpleegkundige who knows how to provide rest, structure and safety to clients with complex psychiatric problems? For two residential facilities in Helmond, we are seeking a begeleider or verpleegkundige level 4/5 with knowledge of medicatieveiligheid and a valid BHV-certificering or the willingness to obtain this. GOED facilitates these trainings for you.

What will you do?

You will be deployed on two different locations, both focused on adults with severe psychiatric disorders (EPA):

Baroniehof Beschermd Wonen
A 24-hour residential facility for adults from 23 years old with complex psychiatric problems. You will work here independently and be responsible for providing structure, daily guidance and monitoring safety.

Clara App (Claraklooster)
In these apartment buildings, clients between the ages of 18 and 60 with long-term psychiatric problems live. They need support in building structure and receiving daily guidance and support.

In both settings, you will work closely with the treatment team, but often stand alone on the group. You are able to pick up signals quickly and know how to act professionally in unstable or unpredictable situations.

What do we offer?

• Salaris Conform CAO GGZ from 4494 to 5395 per month based on full-time and an hourly wage from 28.35 to 34.02including holiday pay, holiday days and end-of-year allowance. Salary scale dependent on your education level and experience.
• We offer a temporary employment agreement based on a zero-hour contract, with the guarantee that you can work between 24 and 36 hours per week.

You have it

• A completed MBO-4 or HBO education in the field of care or well-being.
• Good communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt.
• A calm and professional demeanor, even under pressure, which allows you to provide clients with the necessary rest and safety.
• Experience within psychiatry is a plus
