Aufgaben

What awaits you

• Operation, administration & further development of Windows systems - Linux would be an add-on, not a must-have
• Care for server-, network- and virtualization environments (VMware, ideally Proxmox)
• Management of Active Directory, user & rights concepts
• Setup & maintenance of LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routing, switches & routers
• 2nd- & 3rd-Level-Support including error analysis and troubleshooting
• Planning and building new IT infrastructures
• Project work with design freedom – from system optimization to AI initiatives

Qualifikation

What you bring

• Degree in IT (e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in IT administration
• Fundamental knowledge in Windows, Linux & virtualization (VMware, Proxmox an advantage)
• Strong knowledge in network technology, firewalls, storage & backup
• Self-reliant, structured work style – You get things done, rather than waiting
• Communication skills, teamwork & service orientation
• Stress-resistant, calm & solution-oriented – even when it gets hot
• Pleasure in new technologies and the chance to actively shape things
