Temporary support due to maternity leave from October 2026 to April/May 2027 Location: Sisseln AG Temporary Team Lead Analytical Development 100% (f/m/d) Area of Responsibility Organizational and personnel management of the analytical development team with 5 employees Conduct of method development, validation, and transfers within customer projects Conduct of stability studies within the scope of development Creation and review of analytical, quality-relevant documents: transfer and validation documents, development reports, and analysis regulations, including review of analytical results Ensuring compliance with timelines and regulatory guidelines Close collaboration with other specialist departments in projects (galenic development, quality assurance, regulatory affairs) as well as with customers and external laboratories Your Profile Completed degree in natural sciences (BSc, MSc) Several years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility within a GMP environment Mandatory experience in leading a small team Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical analytics, especially in chromatographic techniques (HPLC/GC) and dissolution, as well as in other common analytical methods for characterizing solid dosage forms GMP knowledge and experience necessary High level of quality awareness Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken Proactive approach in the area of responsibility, as well as a team-oriented, efficient, and execution-strong work style Open communication and flexibility Hands-on mentality and pleasure in collaborating with other departments Your Motivation Are you looking for new challenges in a competitive environment?
