Some of the responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with sales-related queries
- Providing advice on product features and specifications
- Assisting customers with quotations
- Establishing and building customer relationships
- Assisting online sales queries
- Staying up to date with the latest technology and trends in this industry
- You will be responsible for the bed section of the sales floor, which includes being the product specialist on beds and bedding and ensuring the showroom area is always neat.

- You can work in a dynamic environment.
- You can learn and understand a wide variety of specifications among many products that must be effectively communicated to customers.
- You know how to build meaningful customer relationships.
- Past retail/sales experience/training
- Matric or higher education
- Multi-lingual proficiency (Xhosa/Afrikaans)
- Fundamental computer skills
