About the Role: As a luxury brand evaluator, you will step into the world of luxury to discreetly assess customer experiences, providing critical feedback that helps brands refine their offerings, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. You will work closely with our team of experts to develop a deep understanding of each brand's unique identity, values, and customer expectations. Your findings will inform strategic decisions, product development, and marketing initiatives, ultimately shaping the future of these iconic brands. What You'll Do: Conduct in-depth evaluations of luxury brands, analyzing customer experiences, product offerings, and brand identity. Develop a comprehensive understanding of each brand's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to help brands refine their strategies and improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, psychology). 2+ years of experience in a related field (e.g., market research, customer experience, brand management).
