At AkzoNobel Naucalpan, we have an opening for a Customer Service Intern for our Automotive Refinishes unit.

NOTE: This is NOT a call center vacancy; it is a strategic position where you will work with customer orders, logistics processes, and ERP systems such as SAP.

What will you do?

• You will create sales orders and invoicing in SAP.
• You will follow up on shipments and control customer orders.
• You will manage documentation, indicators, and non-conformities of the area.
• You will support databases and commercial flows between Customer Service, logistics, and sales.

What are we looking for?

• Active students of Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields with an excellent service attitude and a passion for administration.
• At least 1 year until graduation (minimum until July 2027).
• Availability Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility according to your school schedule.
• No prior experience required.
