Human Resources Internship

We are looking for an active student at the Bachelor's level, with interest in Human Resources, talent development and training, organized and creative, to join our team as a Human Resources Intern. What will you do with us? Support in preparing the Onboarding for new hires (presentations, agendas, reservation of rooms, welcome kits and planning). Creation and updating of content for the BLOOM platform. Support in planning and logistics of training sessions (agenda creation, invitation sending, room booking, etc.). Preparation of reports and statistics on HR metrics. Participation in meetings and discussions with the HR team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
