Human Resources Intern

Requirements for the position

• No experience necessary
• Graduating soon in June 2027 or December 2027 in the following majors: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Development, others
• Intermediate or advanced English level
• Learning, Adaptability, Teamwork, Information Analysis, Oral and Written Communication
• Proficiency in Office suite – Advanced Excel
• Availability to work Monday to Friday in person at the Santa Fe corporate headquarters
• Availability to work 4 to 5 hours daily continuously (morning or afternoon)

In this position, you will learn about various Human Resources activities within a generalist role, direct interaction with key stakeholders, problem-solving, and attention to internal matters, training and development, among others.
