Job description
Intern wanted for the personnel evaluation area.
Your mission will be to support the evaluation and selection of candidates for different positions.
You will work in both in-person and remote environments, collaborating with the human resources team to ensure the selection of the best profiles. We need someone with analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
You will be responsible for reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and preparing evaluation reports.
Previous experience in human resources is a plus, although not essential.
We are looking for an organized person, with a good eye for detail and effective communication skills. The role requires availability for flexible hours and the ability to work under pressure.
