GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN FOR MARKETING

If you are a student in your final semesters or a recent graduate and are looking for an opportunity to develop practical experience in Graphic Design and Marketing, this opportunity may be for you.

We are looking for a creative, organized person with attention to detail, interested in developing graphic materials and digital content for different communication channels.

Job Objective:

To provide support to the Marketing department through the design and adaptation of graphic materials and audiovisual content for social media, digital media, presentations, and internal communication, respecting established guidelines and brand kit.

The position is part of an internship program focused on practical training.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design posts, carousels, and stories for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using the brand kit.
• Create and adapt graphic content for different social media platforms.
• Edit short videos for Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Incorporate subtitles and perform basic editing adjustments on audiovisual content.
• Design banners and graphic materials for email, blog, website, and webinars.
• Support in the preparation and design of presentations and brochures.
• Develop graphic materials for internal communication.
• Adapt graphic pieces to the different formats and channels requested by the Marketing department.

Academic Profile:

• Students in their final semesters or recent graduates of:
• Graphic Design.
• Visual Communication.
• Digital Design.
• Multimedia.
• Related careers.
• For active students, a proof of enrollment will be required.
• Recent graduates with no prior professional experience in design may also participate.

Knowledge and Tools:

Essential:

• Proficiency in Canva.
• Video editing using CapCut or Adobe.

Desirable:

• Illustrator.
• Photoshop.
• Premiere.
• After Effects.

Essential Requirement:

Must have a design portfolio, either via link or PDF file.

The portfolio may include school projects, therefore prior work experience is not essential. Applications without a portfolio cannot proceed in the selection process.

Internship Conditions:

• Monthly stipend: $5,000 net per month.
• Initial duration: 6 months.
• Possibility of extension and continuation upon completion of the program.
• Licenses and work equipment provided.
• Modality: 100% in-person.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., compatible with afternoon classes.
• Work location: Querétaro, Qro.
• Preferably live in Querétaro or surrounding areas and have easy transportation.

Experience:

Not required.

We are primarily looking for students or recent graduates interested in developing practical experience in Graphic Design applied to Marketing.
