Accounts Payable Intern

AP Intern

Responsibilities:

• Management and tracking of MRO, services, and freight invoices.
• Handling price discrepancies and invoice approvals.
• Tracking pending receipts related to purchase orders.
• Reviewing vendor statements.
• Support in audit processes and requirements.

Requirements:

• Student from 6th to 8th semester onwards with availability to work in the mornings from accounting or related fields.
• Basic English comprehension and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Office suite, Microsoft Teams.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (flexible).
