Responsibilities

- Support in preparing payment proposals

- Support in semi-annual SOX processes

- Review, approval, and follow-up of supplier invoices

- Control and review of policies, ANA system update

- Follow-up on critical items

- Support with VAT requirements

- Support with 5s

- Daily review of GR/IR

- Follow-up with the external accounts payable team

- Digitization of asset files

- Weekly report delivery

Requirements

- Be a student from the 4th semester onwards in careers such as Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics; it is essential to continue studying to apply for the position.

- Basic English (reading and writing)

- Intermediate Excel, basic financial knowledge

- Analytical thinking, organized, proactive, attention to detail.

On-site position in Industrial Vallejo, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm

We offer a scholarship of 7,000 pesos per month.
