Within the Future Cybersecurity Lab area, we work on identifying trends, emerging technologies, and innovation opportunities in cybersecurity. Our goal is to evolve ideas from their early stages to the creation of prototypes, MVPs, and their subsequent transfer to business, driving innovative solutions that help build the future of cybersecurity. What will your mission be? ? You will be part of the Innovation and PMO team of the Future Cybersecurity Lab, collaborating in the management, coordination, and tracking of innovative initiatives related to cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. You will participate in projects that cover the entire innovation cycle, from the identification and analysis of technological opportunities to the construction of prototypes and MVPs, contributing to the development of new capabilities and solutions for the business. What skills are we looking for in you? ?

• Analytical skills and structured thinking.
• Organization and tracking of initiatives and projects.
• Information management and analysis.
• Preparation of reports, briefings, and dashboards.
• Interest in technological innovation and cybersecurity.
• Basic knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint-based work.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactiveness, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• English level B2 or higher (required).

How will you contribute with your skills to the purpose of the scholarship? ?

• Collaborate in the tracking and coordination of a portfolio of innovation initiatives.
• Participate in research, analysis, and validation activities of new technological opportunities.
• Support the preparation of reports, scorecards, and indicator tracking.
• Contribute to the definition and improvement of innovation processes and methodologies.
• Participate in initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence applied to cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams in the development of innovative projects.
• Support the evolution of ideas towards prototypes and MVPs.
• Contribute new ideas and continuous improvement of the team.

What other aspects do we value? ?

• Currently in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or having completed the degree less than a year ago.
• Education in Business Administration, Computer Science Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or related fields.
• Interest in technological innovation, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
• Knowledge of collaborative and management tools such as Jira, Airtable, GitHub, Copilot, or Claude.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and digital transformation.

What benefits will you have by being part of the Talentum Program at Telefónica? ?

• 25-hour work week.
• Study allowance of €850 per month.
