Job Description

Within our client services, we are creating an Integration and Assistance Consultant position to be responsible for project development and support for clients of our financial services and solutions for companies. In an international environment, you will focus on the Spanish market.

After comprehensive training on our products and with continuous support from our teams, you will assist in the development of our projects and support our clients on the debt, foreign exchange risk, and guarantees platforms.

Your main objective will be to support the consulting team and gradually gain independence in responding to client assistance requests, with the support of our Casablanca back office. You will also be part of the integration team for new projects that are formalized, collaborating and ensuring their proper development.

Main Missions:

• Assist existing clients with their inquiries

• Support the execution of new projects

• Act as a liaison between clients and the back office to ensure the proper development of activities

• Support the execution of new projects, being part of an integration team and having contact with the client

• Attend meetings with potential clients to showcase solutions

• Provide information regarding client activity for their renewals

Requirements

Student in their final years of higher education related to economics, available for curricular internships.

Interested in digitalization and innovation, combining a financial and technological spirit.

Proficiency in Spanish and English. A good level of French would be an advantage.

Seeking teamwork with individual goals and capable of easily engaging in social relationships. Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as is a taste for customer service and results.
