Beauty Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Therapist to join our team at Elegant Beauty & Brows Tweed Heads South, located at Shop 110A Tweed City Shopping Centre, 54 Minjungbal Dr, Tweed Heads South NSW 2486. Known for delivering high-quality beauty treatments, personalised client care, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Discussing client needs, analysing skin characteristics and advising on suitable skin care, treatments and application of make-up
• Applying general cosmetic and corrective make-up
• Performing manicures and pedicures including decorative nail art, application of artificial nails, nail repair, and other specialised hand and foot treatments
• Performing facial and body treatments such as massages
• Treating unwanted hair through waxing, bleaching, tinting, depilation and electrolysis
• Evaluating beauty therapy processes and products
• Receiving bookings, arranging appointments and maintaining client records
• Providing advice on and selling cosmetic products

Skills and Experience:

• 1–2 years of demonstrated experience delivering professional beauty therapy services
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and product ranges
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and a positive, client-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
