Beauty Therapist

Due to ongoing business growth, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing beauty treatments such as facials, skin treatments, waxing, tinting, and body treatments
• Applying general cosmetic and corrective make-up for everyday, special occasion, or skin-enhancing purposes
• Performing manicures and pedicures, including decorative nail art, application of artificial nails, nail repair, and specialised hand and foot treatments
• Delivering relaxation and basic body massage as part of beauty therapy services
• Conducting client consultations to assess skin condition, beauty concerns, and treatment suitability
• Recommending appropriate skincare and beauty products and providing aftercare advice
• Evaluating beauty therapy processes, equipment, and products to ensure quality, effectiveness, and suitability for client needs
• Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes
• Ensuring all treatment rooms, tools, and equipment meet hygiene, safety, and salon standards
• Providing excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships
• Supporting daily salon operations and contributing to a positive team environment

Skills and Qualifications

• Certificate III of Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Beauty Therapist preferred
• Sound knowledge of skincare treatments, beauty products, nail services, and make-up application
• Ability to assess and select suitable beauty therapy products and treatments for different clients
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attractive salary between $73,000 to $83,000 will be offered to suitable candidate.
