Beauty Project Manager (USD-Remote)

Location: Remote ⏰ Type: Full-time I PST Salary: USD (Independent contractor) Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to own the end-to-end execution of a high-volume, fast-paced social content program for a key client. This role is highly operational and technical, focused on managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and workflows across multiple creators and internal teams. You will act as the operational lead and main point of contact , ensuring that social-first strategies are executed flawlessly, with attention to detail, and high-quality results. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and resource allocation • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, production, and distribution) to ensure seamless execution • Managing multiple stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners • Ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality content • Collaborating with the client to understand their needs and preferences • Providing regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of project progress and outcomes. You will be working closely with our team to ensure that all projects are executed in a timely, efficient, and high-quality manner.
