About the Position

Charlotte Tilbury Retail Artists are the heart and soul of the counter.

At the counter, you will convey to our customers the feeling that they can conquer the world with a perfect make-up and become the most beautiful version of themselves.

A combination of your professional artistry skills, exceptional product knowledge, and passion for building long-lasting customer relationships are the foundation for success.

You understand how to cater to every customer's needs through the versatility of our products and can adapt your style to meet the needs of each individual customer.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field
• Pasión for Charlotte Tilbury and the willingness to represent our brand
• Ideal make-up artist experience (optional)
• Positive attitude, energy, and customer-oriented thinking
• Dutch language level B2
