As a Beauty Consultant for Chanel Woolworths - Hemingways, you will be responsible for: • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that they have an unforgettable shopping experience; • Building strong relationships with our customers and understanding their needs and preferences; • Offering personalized beauty advice and product recommendations based on the latest trends and products; • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all Chanel products and services, including fragrances, skincare, makeup, and accessories; • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment; • Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and drive business growth; • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry. Requirements: • A passion for luxury beauty products and a deep understanding of the Chanel brand; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; • Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide personalized advice and recommendations; • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of visual merchandising principles; • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
