This role requires a dynamic, sales-driven, and detail-oriented individual who can embrace the values and aesthetics of our niche brands. The ideal candidate will combine excellent commercial skills with strong leadership abilities, being able to work effectively as part of a team and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Key responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have an unforgettable shopping experience; • Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and launches; • Drive sales through personalized consultations, product recommendations, and effective communication with customers; • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment; • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
