Permanent Staffing, division of Staff Spa, selects for an international cosmetics and make-up brand recognized for its innovative design, product quality, and wide range of beauty solutions a Beauty Advisor belonging to protected categories (L.68/99), passionate about make-up and eager to enter a dynamic and creative context, to be placed at a point of sale located in Como. What you will do: - Welcome and assist customers offering personalized consulting on products. - Support the sales process and promote brand novelties. - Manage cash and payment operations. - Rearrange merchandise and care for the store's layout. - Ensure compliance with brand standards (visual, order, image store). Required qualifications: - Registration in the Placement Program (L.68/99). - Passion for the beauty world and predisposition to consulting. - Excellent relational skills and customer orientation. - Team spirit and flexibility of schedule. - Experience in the cosmetics sector is a plus, but not essential.
