Job responsibilities:
1. Formulate the company's strategy and targets for the Southeast Asia market;
2. Coordinate company resources, actively connect with industry resources, and facilitate offline store layouts;
3. Implement business development plans, develop and maintain new and old markets, and conduct external business negotiations and follow-up commercial cooperation;
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
Job requirements:
1. No educational limit, with over 3 years of experience in similar positions in Southeast Asia, having had successful experiences opening large-scale stores;
2. Familiarity with jewelry, luxury goods, and high-end industries, familiarity with the current situation of target cities prioritized;
3. Skilled at expanding and maintaining customer relationships, with good communication skills;
4. Possesses strong execution and coordination abilities, able to independently resolve problems.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
