BD Manager HW technology

We are looking for a Retail and GDO BD Manager who will report to the Channel Responsible.

The resource will have the responsibility of managing and developing commercial relationships with retail clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the quality of the service offered.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the client portfolio in the retail sector, ensuring lasting and profitable relationships
• Conduct commercial negotiations independently, from analyzing needs to defining contractual conditions
• Negotiate commercial agreements guaranteeing balance between value, service quality, and economic sustainability
• Analyze projects in the medium-long term, evaluating not only costs but also overall benefits for the client
• Monitor contract performance and collaboration duration, ensuring continuity and effectiveness in proposed solutions
• Collaborate with internal functions (technical, service, and project management) to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Gather and analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and anticipate client needs

Requirements:

• Degree in economic, managerial or technical disciplines (e.g. Economics and Commerce, Marketing, Engineering Management). Candidates with a technical-commercial diploma and proven experience in the role will also be considered.
• Prior experience in commercial roles, preferably in the technology systems, automation solutions, or related fields.
• Essential knowledge of the GDO/Retail sector.
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of the Office Automation package (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).
