Tasks

Your Tasks:

As a Specialist in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (m/w/d), you are responsible for analyzing business processes, developing our ERP system, and supporting our departments in their daily operations. You ensure that Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central is optimally tailored to our company's requirements and contribute to the efficiency and quality of our processes through continuous improvement.

This position is sought part-time 40 hours for our location in Schönefeld. Our locations can be found on our homepage.

Main Tasks:

• Analyze, record, and document business requirements in close coordination with the departments
• Development and implementation of system solutions and optimization of existing processes in the Microsoft Dynamics environment
• Configuration and further development of the system (e.g. workflows, permissions, masks, mandatory fields)
• Maintenance and assurance of data quality in the area of master data
• Support for users as a central point of contact for system-related issues and disturbances
• Error analysis, problem-solving, and coordination of escalations for complex topics
• Conducting training sessions for end-users and key users, creating and maintaining documentation and user manuals
• Accompanying system implementations, updates, and further developments

Additional Tasks:

• Participation in digitalization and optimization projects
• Support for the development of IT standards and processes
• Ongoing training in the area of Microsoft Dynamics and sharing knowledge within the team

Qualification

• Completed studies in economics, computer science or a comparable qualification
• Ideal Microsoft Dynamics certifications (NAV/Business Central)
• A minimum of 2 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems and understanding of business-related connections
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
