Construction Designer (m/w/d) Civil Engineering

We are looking for a construction designer (m/w/d) civil engineering who can contribute their expertise and enthusiasm to our team. The tasks will include: • Developing and implementing building designs and concepts in accordance with the requirements of the state's building regulations and guidelines; • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design meets the needs of all parties involved; • Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor the construction progress and identify potential issues early on; • Preparing and submitting reports and documentation for the project management team; • Participating in meetings and discussions with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed successfully. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in civil engineering or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in construction design and planning; • Knowledge of building regulations and guidelines for the state of Schleswig-Holstein; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant tools; • Familiarity with project management methods and tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana); • Certification as a construction designer (m/w/d) civil engineering would be an advantage.
