What awaits you:

• Creation and processing of plan documents for demanding industrial construction projects at home and abroad.
• Involvement in all service phases, especially supporting preliminary, design, and permit planning, including the compilation of permit-relevant documents.
• You contribute your sound knowledge of standards and guidelines, such as ASR, to our projects.
• For plan processing, you use Revit and already have experience with the BIM method.
• In coordination with the planning team, you prepare the presentation of our projects through renderings and films.
• The regular updating of plans in the planning process, as well as filing and versioning in project-specific data management, are part of your tasks.

What you bring:

• Completed apprenticeship as a construction drafter or equivalent
• A good mix of practical experience and theoretical knowledge of construction projects
• Structured, analytical, and self-reliant working style
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Good knowledge of Revit
• Enthusiasm for industrial construction and general planning
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Confident use of MS Office
• Motivation to learn and grow within the team
