Shape the future of building technology: At energy-efficient renovations, facade renovations, modern new builds from MFH or the modernization of public facilities, you are as a Building Supervisor TGA (m/w/d) our expert on site. You work closely with colleagues from High-Rise Construction and Electrical Engineering. Your working day? Flexibly planable, except for fixed meetings. You ensure perfect implementation of technology/planning and keep quality, deadlines, and safety in mind. You are the central interface between all parties involved. Tasks

• About 50% of your time will be spent on regional building sites and 50% with building management (administration/documentation).
• You monitor the quality, deadlines, and workflows of cost groups 410-430 and oversee the installation until commissioning.
• You coordinate contractors on site and ensure a smooth process.
• You participate in building meetings, document construction progress, and handle correspondence.
• You check measurements and invoices and recognize and document defects. Their elimination follows within the framework of LPH 8/9.
• You conduct acceptance tests with contractors and hand over the completed building project to the client.

Qualification

• Your experience and expertise: You bring several years of professional experience, ideally in residential construction in Germany, and are familiar with the Building Code, HOAI, and VOB.
• Your background: A Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma degree, preferably in supply engineering, renewable energies, or a comparable study. Alternatively, a completed apprenticeship as a plant mechanic, central heating and ventilation technician, or a similar training in the TGA or master/technician of supply engineering (heating-ventilation-sanitation) or comparable.
• IT skills: You are comfortable using MS Office; desirable: Powerprojekt, Capmo, AVA-Software (we use Avanti).
• Communication: You communicate confidently in German (B2/C1/C2) with all project participants, both verbally and in writing.
• Driver's license is of great advantage.
