We take over the construction supervision on behalf of the project leadership and ensure that construction services are implemented conforming to regulations, safe, high-quality, and timely on site.

We work closely with projects, with clear responsibilities, short decision-making paths, and professional backup for our construction supervisors.

What do you do here?

You take over the independent construction supervision of measures in the field of railway infrastructure in the area of electrical installations. You ensure that the construction execution meets the applicable railway-specific regulations, contractual requirements, and quality and timing standards – both during ongoing operations as well as planned shutdowns.

Your tasks in detail

• Construction supervision of measures in the field of electrical railway infrastructure during ongoing operations as well as planned shutdowns
• Monitoring of construction execution according to applicable railway-specific regulations, contractual requirements, and recognized technical rules
• Ensuring compliance with work- and operational safety, quality requirements, and coordinated construction schedules
• Coordination and alignment with project leadership, clients, and executing construction companies
• Participation in construction meetings as well as professional alignments
• Accompaniment and documentation of acceptance tests
• Factual documentation of construction progress (construction-, performance- and photo-documentation)
• Functioning as an interface between the construction site and project organization, intervening in case of deviations or safety-relevant incidents during construction supervision

Qualification

• Completed qualification as Track Inspector (m/w/d) or Technical Construction Supervisor (BÜB/FBÜ)
• Experience in construction supervision of railway projects
• Familiarity with railway-specific regulations
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (construction- and safety-relevant)
• Self-motivated, structured, and responsible working style
• Driving license Class B
• Readiness for project-related deployments (e.g., in the Rhein-Main region)
• Optional: additional Track Inspector or Technical Construction Supervisor qualifications
• Experience in complex projects or ongoing railway operations
• Routine in handling shutdowns and operational side conditions
