To strengthen our Technical Department in our port in Cuxhaven, we are looking for you as a

Construction Technician (m/f/d)


Tasks

› Planning, awarding, and supervising minor maintenance measures in various trades throughout the port area
› Coordination of Technical Services and external companies deployed
› Verification of compliance with technical regulations
› Conducting visual inspections
› Preparation of measurements, quantity surveys, and construction site documentation
› Participation in the preparation of cost overviews and technical reports
› Preparation and coordination of structural inspections according to DIN 1076 or VDI 6200
› Monitoring of proper execution by external companies
› Participation in maintaining directories and damage lists for the structures in the port of Cuxhaven


Profile

› Successfully completed training as a Construction Technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification - ideally practical professional experience in the areas of construction supervision and contract awarding
› Experience in assessing structures, in structural inspection, and in recording inspection results in appropriate documentation software is desirable
› Knowledge in the area of procurement law according to relevant guidelines, such as VOB, NTVergG, SektVO, UVGO, etc., is desirable
› You have good IT skills (Office applications, databases, digital communication)
› Proficient German language skills (at least C1 level)
› You hold at least a Class "B" driver's license
› An independent and efficient way of working characterizes you
› Organizational skills, resilience, and team-oriented work
› You are willing to participate in training measures for further development
› You are also willing to participate in on-call services
