Job description
Our client is a successful company in the field of construction management and construction planning with the goal of professionally supporting its clients from the initial concept to completion. The team is being strengthened by a Construction Technician (m/f/d).
Annual gross salary from € 55,000.- depending on professional qualifications and experience.

- Support in the planning and implementation of various construction projects
- Assistance to site management in commercial and organizational matters
- Preparation of tenders and processing of offers
- Checking invoices and claims from construction companies as well as reconciling them with contracts
- Participation in the preparation of documents (specifications, reports, etc.) and project-specific documents
- Completed technical training (HTL, vocational school, apprenticeship)
- Ideally, initial relevant professional experience in construction technical assistance
- IT skills in MS Office, as well as knowledge of billing and calculation software are advantageous
- Teamwork skills and enjoyment of communication
- Independent and accurate way of working
