Your tasks Responsibility for the timely planning and coordination of all construction and renovation projects Preparation and maintenance of project documentation Steering and processing of tender procedures Participation in tenders and bid evaluations Creation of performance schedules and conducting mass measurements Preparation and submission of offers... Vorbereitung und Untersuchung von Angeboten, Durchführung von Massenermittlungen, Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Steuerung und Abwicklung von Vergabeverfahren, Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen sowie Angebotsprüfungen, Erstellung und Pflege der Projektdokumentation, Verantwortung für die terminliche Planung und Koordination aller Bau- und Umbauprojekte.
