Vorbereitung und Untersuchung von Angeboten, Durchführung von Massenermittlungen, Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Steuerung und Abwicklung von Vergabeverfahren, Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen sowie Angebotsprüfungen, Erstellung und Pflege der Projektdokumentation, Verantwortung für die terminliche Planung und Koordination aller Bau- und Umbauprojekte.
