Job Description

• Participation in the creation of technical planning documents for execution planning
• Review of production plans and participation in cost and scheduling planning
• Coordination and correspondence, both internally and externally
• Prior and post-processing of meetings
• Creation, review, and maintenance of project documentation
• Review of incoming invoices, delivery notes, and other evidence
• Processing of administrative and organizational tasks
• Creation of evaluations and statistics as well as participation in offer preparation and capture

Profile

• Technician in high-rise construction or comparable qualification
• Knowledge in planning, performance reports, and accounting
• Desirable knowledge of ALLPLAN
• Communication skills when dealing with various parties
• Knowledge in the area of contract law and auditing
