Your tasks

* Inspection of properties
* Create renovation plans
* Maintenance measures (commissioning, coordination, and supervision of professionals)
* Management of properties
* Communication with authorities, owners, and tenants
* Owner's and tenant's meetings (organization and conduct)
* Collaboration with the accounting department, construction management, legal department

Your profile

* Completed technical training (technical apprenticeship, HTL)
* Professional experience (e.g.: carpentry, roofing, renovation technology, polishing)
* Good computer skills (MS-Office)
* Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
* Driving license B

Monthly gross salary from EUR 3,625.90 on a full-time basis (39 hours/week) with willingness to pay overtime based on qualifications and experience. We would be happy to discuss your salary personally.
