Site Manager / Plant Mechanic Team Leader (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for experienced and flexible Site Managers (m/f/d) / Master Installers (m/f/d) / Assembly Team Leaders (m/f/d) / Plant Mechanic Team Leaders (m/f/d) / Assembly Site Managers (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• You will be responsible for the assembly or disassembly of cooling, heat recovery, and ventilation systems, as well as the installation of ONI components and technical containers, including piping work (PE, VA, PVC, steel, copper) at our customers' sites.
• You will lead and supervise small teams (including subcontractors) and actively participate.
• You will ensure that the defined scope of work is implemented according to the specified time and quality requirements.
• You will be responsible for compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• You will be the point of contact for our customers on-site.

• You have several years of practical site experience as a team leader/master installer, ideally in the field of cooling, heat recovery, and ventilation system construction.
• You ideally have completed vocational training in the areas of: heating, sanitary, ventilation, metal construction, industrial mechanics, steel/PE welding, locksmithing, plumbing, pipe & bracket installation, and possess excellent manual dexterity.
• You hold a driver's license and are willing to travel extensively (for days/weeks, nationally and internationally).
• You are characterized by a high level of commitment, team spirit, flexibility, and diligence, as well as good English skills, both spoken and written.
• You ideally have commercial awareness and experience working with MS Office programs.
