Site Coordinator / Construction Supervisor (m/w/d)

in full-time or part-time capacity

at our Nuremberg location.

Tasks

• Daily control and inspection of our construction sites in the Nuremberg area
• Verification of compliance with building schedules, quality, order, and progress
• Fotodocumentation and documentation of construction progress
• Control of compliance with work instructions and guidelines
• Early recognition of problems and delays
• Ongoing follow-up on open points
• Tight cooperation with site managers, project leaders, and craftsmen
• Implementation of quality controls and construction site handovers
• Ensuring that deadlines, quality, and process flows are met

Qualification

• Completed training or degree in the field of building, craftsmanship, real estate, or a comparable qualification
• Multiple years of practical experience on construction sites
• Assertiveness and organizational talent
• High level of self-responsibility
• Solution-oriented working style, sense of responsibility
• Confident appearance towards craftsmen and subcontractors
• Good knowledge of modern IT applications
• Class B driver's license
