To support the well-established project management team, we are looking for a building project leader who can lead and coordinate building projects from the planning phase to the final handover. The ideal candidate should have a degree in civil engineering or a related field and several years of experience in building project management. He should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The building project leader should also have experience with building information modeling (BIM) and be familiar with the relevant building regulations and standards. The position is full-time and the working hours are 80-100%.
