• You work on demanding projects – from residential construction to complex non-residential buildings and monument protection
• You are the central interface between clients, architects, technical planners, energy consultants, and funding bodies
• You actively combine your knowledge in building physics, energy, and sustainability

Your new everyday life

You independently manage and coordinate building physics projects – from the initial consultation to implementation.

You combine classic topics such as

• Thermal insulation and energy balancing
• Thermal bridge calculation as well as thermal and hygrothermal simulations
• Building and room acoustics

with topics of sustainability planning and life cycle assessment.

A central part of your role:
You communicate confidently with various project stakeholders and manage complex interfaces – internally and externally.

Qualifications

This suits you if you…

• have several years of experience as a building physicist and/or energy consultant (mandatory)
• have a completed degree in civil engineering, building physics, or architecture
• are technically strong – especially in thermal building physics and ideally also acoustics
• have very good German language skills, both written and spoken (mandatory, due to high communication components)
• are interested in sustainable construction and further development in the area of sustainability (e.g., QNG)
• enjoy advising clients and actively managing projects
• have strong interface competence and enjoy working with different disciplines
