Heavy Machinery Operator (m/w/d)

As a member of our team in this responsible position, you are responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery such as excavators, radial loaders, planer machines, and cranes on our construction sites. You perform earthworks, excavation, trenching work, and material transportation, ensuring that all machines are always in perfect working condition. Your tasks also include controlling and regularly maintaining the machines to ensure a smooth workflow. Furthermore, you are able to independently repair minor defects and malfunctions. You work closely with other site leaders and specialists to efficiently and timely achieve project goals, and ensure that all statutory safety regulations and company quality standards are strictly adhered to. We expect: We expect a completed training as a heavy machinery operator or in a related field, as well as several years of practical experience operating heavy machinery on construction sites. Safe handling of modern machines and equipment is second nature to you, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the applicable safety regulations in the construction industry. You are characterized by high availability, reliability, and team spirit, and work independently and responsibly. A category B driver's license is required, additional classes such as C or CE are advantageous.
