Construction Manager (m/f/d) B2C

Do you not just want to manage projects, but ensure that construction sites are successfully implemented, even when things get complicated?

You are the central point of contact for our customers as soon as a project goes into implementation. You ensure that construction sites are handled successfully and maintain an overview even when things become complex.

Tasks

• Management and support of construction projects from start to finish
• Independent communication with customers throughout the entire construction phase
• Coordination of various trades and internal teams
• Management of escalations and demanding customer situations
• Clarification of invoice and service issues
• Processing of technical questions
• Ensuring that projects are implemented on time and with a customer focus

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have experience in construction project management, as a site manager, project manager, or in a comparable role
• Technical understanding, especially regarding construction or renovation topics, is an advantage
• You are assertive and keep a cool head even in difficult situations
• Customer orientation is a matter of course for you, even when conversations become challenging
• You are eager to delve deeply into complex topics and do not give up until you have found a solution
• You bring a high personal drive and initiative
• Technical curiosity is your hallmark. You want to understand how things work
