Building Manager for HKLS (m/w/d)

Currently, we employ around 420 staff members at our nationwide 9 locations. Our performance spectrum includes the areas of operational organization, technical consulting, supply technology, electrical engineering, as well as medical and laboratory technology for various buildings such as hospitals and clinics, industrial buildings, office and administrative facilities, and more. Our team is looking for a building manager (m/w/d) to join our HKLS department. As a building manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our clients' properties, including planning, coordination, and implementation of technical measures. Your tasks will include: • Planning and coordinating construction projects, • Managing and supervising construction sites, • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, • Developing and implementing maintenance and repair plans, • Monitoring and controlling project costs and schedules. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. architecture, engineering, construction management), • At least 3 years of experience in building management or a related field, • Excellent communication and organizational skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
