Logistics Specialist for Energy (m/f/d)

• Planning, creation, and coordination of procurement strategies for material and service needs in the energy sector
• Compilation and preparation of technical purchasing documents using MS Office, SAP, and other digital tools
• Initiation, management, and support of the entire procurement process in accordance with project and deadline requirements
• Close interface coordination between purchasing, project teams, and external suppliers and service providers
• Organization and execution of tenders, inquiries, technical coordination, and supplier meetings
• Digitally supported management, documentation, and tracking of defects, change orders, and construction obstruction notices
• Support in claim and contract management, especially with delivery delays, escalations, and preparation for negotiations
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety-relevant regulations and standards on the construction site

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Several years of relevant professional experience in construction, logistics, or energy projects
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Proven practical skills in coordinating interdisciplinary teams as well as external partners and suppliers
• Knowledge of contract, change order, and claim management is an advantage
• Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Driving license class B and willingness for project-related business travel
