TeGA-PLAN Heidemann GmbH is an independent engineering firm for building services with its headquarters in Kiel. With around 30 colleagues, we plan and manage exciting and demanding construction projects – from the initial idea to final implementation.

Our focus areas are heating, ventilation, sanitary, and electrical engineering, as well as building automation. Our projects are as diverse as our team: whether research and laboratory buildings, healthcare facilities, residential construction, office and administrative buildings, or complex industrial plants – we develop technical solutions for a wide range of requirements.

Your Tasks - You Shape Things Here:

• You bring our plans to life: As a Site Manager (m/f/d), you will oversee demanding heating, ventilation, and sanitary engineering projects, ensuring that good concepts become functional systems.

• You hold the reins on the construction site: You will coordinate the involved trades, communicate directly with clients, architects, and executing companies, and jointly find solutions with them for the challenges of daily construction.

• You maintain an overview: You keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and costs, ensuring that our projects are implemented professionally and successfully.

What You Bring:

• You know what you're talking about: Whether an engineer, technician, or master craftsman – you have a suitable qualification in building services and are familiar with heating, ventilation, and sanitary engineering.

• You know site life: You have experience in construction management or site supervision, know what is important during implementation, and can find solutions even when things don't go according to plan.

• You take responsibility: You work independently, make decisions, and represent your viewpoints with professional competence and a confident demeanor – without losing sight of collaborative teamwork.

Your Experience is Worth Something to Us!

With us, you can expect an annual salary between €60,000 and €85,000 gross – depending on your qualifications, your experience, and the responsibility you take on. What you bring matters – and that should be reflected in your salary.
