Store Construction Management (m/w/d)

As Store Construction Management (m/w/d), you ensure that every new or modernized Thalia bookstore is implemented on time, cost-conscious, and of the highest quality.

With your technical expertise and organizational skills, you coordinate all construction and renovation measures – from planning to implementation to acceptance. You make sure our bookstores become welcoming spaces where our customers can experience inspiration, relaxation, and enthusiasm. At all times, you keep track of schedules, budgets, and construction quality and contribute significantly to the further development of our stationary branch network.

This is what you'll be doing specifically:

• Construction Management: You schedule deadlines and coordinate all project participants and service providers on site.
• Acceptance: You conduct acceptance tests for construction services and store construction work, ensuring a smooth project completion.
• Cost Control: You keep track of costs – from budget planning to accounting.
• Bidding: You prepare performance specifications, solicit bids, and handle the awarding of contracts.
• Contract Evaluation: You analyze landlord descriptions and lease agreements in terms of technical requirements and risks.
• Plan Review: You assess technical execution plans and ensure that all requirements are met.
• Quality Assurance: You document defects, accompany their elimination, and create technical inventory reports.
