Your Responsibilities

As a Construction Manager, you will take operational responsibility for our construction sites and ensure smooth daily operations. You will lead your team, coordinate collaboration with various internal departments, and continuously develop existing processes.

• Operational management and coordination of our construction sites, ensuring timely and high-quality execution

• Leadership and further development of your operational team

• Responsibility for scheduling, prioritizing, and tracking ongoing construction sites

• Responsibility for controlling, reporting, and analyzing relevant key figures and deriving appropriate measures

• Ensuring a structured onboarding process for new employees directly on the construction site (training on the job) as part of our Academy for PV and Heat Pump Installation

• Close collaboration with management, continuous development of operational processes, and ensuring quality-compliant documentation

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in operations, construction management, logistics, or a comparable operational environment

• Experience in team leadership and enjoyment in developing employees and taking on responsibility

• Hands-on mentality, strong initiative, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work

• Confident demeanor, clear communication, and assertiveness in interactions with various stakeholders

• High resilience and the ability to maintain an overview and set priorities, even in a dynamic environment
